90后高职生的特征决定了班主任工作管理的重点,富于针对性、创新型的工作措施能调动班级活力、凝聚力与向上力,为学生的快乐成长、专心学习、全面发展创造必要空间,班主任要成为学生专业学习的鼓动者,快乐班级的设计者,健康成长的引导者,公平管理的服务者。
The Characteristics of post-90 higher vocational college students determine the focus of class advisor's work management. The targeted and innovative measures can mobilize the class activity and cohesion and create necessary space for the students to grow up happily, study hard and fully develop.Class advisor should be the advocator of the students' study, the designer of a happy class, the guider of students healthy growth and the service person of fair management.
