餐桌剩余食物饲料化利用研究 被引量:3

摘要 餐桌剩余食物既具有资源特性,又具有生活垃圾特性。对餐桌剩余食物进行减量化及资源化利用研究已成为近年来的研究热点之一。对5家采取不同加工工艺进行餐桌剩余食物饲料化加工企业的生产工艺进行研究,检测其粉状饲料化产品,并将检测结果同饲料卫生标准进行比对分析,最后对于餐桌剩余食物饲料化产品在养殖业应用的可行性进行探讨和分析。
