羰酰氰间氯苯腙对检测恩诺沙星药物残留的增敏研究

Study on the sensitizing effect of carbonyl cyanide m-chlorophenylhydrazone (CCCP) on the detection of enrofloxacin residues

摘要 为了探讨羰酰氰间氯苯腙(CCCP)对恩诺沙星药物残留检测的影响,试验采用大肠杆菌ATCC 8739为测试菌,用琼脂平板法测定抗菌药物的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)值,同法测定恩诺沙星应用CCCP增敏后对大肠杆菌MIC值的影响。结果表明:加入CCCP后恩诺沙星对大肠杆菌的灵敏度由25μg/kg提高到10μg/kg。说明CCCP可有效增强恩诺沙星的抗菌活性,增大了恩诺沙星抑制大肠杆菌的抑菌圈直径,提高了恩诺沙星对大肠杆菌的灵敏度。 To investigate the effects of earbonyl cyanide m -chlorophenylhydrazone(CCCP) on the detection of enrefloxacin residues, Escherichia coil ATCC 8739 was used as test bacteria. The minimal inhibitory concentrations(MICs) of antibacterial agents were determined using the agar plate method, the effect of enrefloxacin after sensitizing with CCCP on the MIC of the Escherichia coil was also detected by the same method. The results showed that the sensitivity of enrofloxacin to Escherichia coli was improved from 25 to 10 μ g/kg after adding CCCP. The results indicate that CCCP can effectively strengthen the antibacterial activity of enrofloxacin, and increase the inhibition zone diameter of enrofloxaein against Escherichia coil, thus improving the sensitivity of enrofloxacin to Escherichia coii.
