摘要
为提高位置传感器的环境适应性,拓宽开关磁阻电机的应用范围,本文提出了一种将开关磁阻电机作为位置传感器来实现位置检测的方案,它可以为另一台所需要控制的开关磁阻电机提供实时的转子位置信息。本文以12/8结构的开关磁阻电机为例,通过外部注入高频脉冲信号,利用幅度调制的方法对脉冲响应电流进行调制,经信号调理后的调制波可通过交截比较直接得到各相的位置检索脉冲信号。本文设计了检测电路,最后通过实验验证了该方法的可行性。
To improve the environmental adaptability of the position sensors and broaden the application fields of the switched reluctance motor(SRM), this paper presents that the SRM can be used as a rotor position sensor to provide real-time rotor position for the other SRM that need to be controlled. In this paper, taking the 12/8 structure SRM as an example, by injecting high-frequency diagnostic pulses, the resultant pulse current can be modulated using the amplitude modulation technique(AM). The modulated current waves can be adjusted through signal conditioning circuits and the cross comparators to estimate the position index pulses. The detecting circuits are designed and at last. The experiments verified the validation of the method.
