摘要 通过分析双重移相控制下双向全桥DC-DC变换器的软开关约束条件及功率传输特性,提出了满足软开关条件的基于最小回流功率的双重移相控制策略,建立了双重移相控制下变换器的动态小信号模型。最后,通过实验样机,分析了基于最小回流功率双重移相控制策略的变换器动态和稳态特性,对动态模型和最小回流功率控制策略进行了验证。实验结果表明了采用基于最小回流功率控制对提高变换器效率的有效性。 The soft-switching conditions and the power transmission characteristics of bi- directional full-bridge DC-DC converter based on dual-phase-shifting control are analyzed. The dual-phase-shifting control strategy with the minimum backflow power under ZVS soft-switching conditions are proposed. Based on the averaged modeling method, a small-signal model with the dual-phase-shifting control of the bi-directional full-bridge DC-DC converter is presented. At last, based on an experimental prototype, the effectiveness of the models and proposed control strategy are validated by experiments in both transient and steady state operations, and experimental results also verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy to improve the efficiency of the converter.
