机车车辆半车滚振试验的动力学仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 为评价基于半车滚振试验进行机车车辆动力学研究的可行性,选取四种不同类型的机车车辆,通过建立虚拟样机对仿真对象在半车试验工况和整车运行工况下的动力学计算结果进行了对比分析。仿真结果表明:两种计算条件下,滚振端转向架的蛇行稳定性、轮轴横向力、轮对垂向力、构架与轴箱的振动加速度均大致相同;滚振端机车司机室平稳性相差5%左右,非滚振端司机室平稳性相差30%左右。 To evaluate the feasibility of dynamic study of rolling stock based on rolling and vibration tests for half vehicle, virtual prototypes of four different railway vehicles are established to analyze the difference of dynamic simulations between half testing status and full testing status of vehicles. It can be drawn from the simulation results that the hunting stability,axle lateral & vertical force,wheel sets vertical force,vibration acceleration of bogie frame & axle box in rolling side are roughly the same under two kinds of computational conditions. There appears 5% discrepancy of the stationarity of locomotive cab in rolling side,and 30% discrepancy in none-rolling side.
