摘要
文章结合HXD2型大功率机车驱动装置结构特点和可靠性要求,通过对其牵引齿轮的齿廓修形、材料、热处理等关键技术的研究,提出了此类齿轮降低轮齿工作应力、提高承载能力及使用寿命的途径。采用此类技术制造的齿轮,经过大秦线等货运专用线路重载牵引机车的实际运用考核,实现了其实际运行工况下预期的可靠性目标。
This paper puts forward the approaches to reduce the gear working stress, improve the load- carrying ability and the service life of the traction gear on the basis of the research on the key technology of the profile correction, materials, heat treatment of the traction gear, considering the structural characteristics and the reliability requirements of type HXD2 high power locomotive drive device. The gear that made by this technology, which has been tested by the heavy load locomotives that run on the dedicated freight lines such as Daqin Line, realizes the expected reliability in the actual condition.
