摘要
目的观察温馨护理对剖宫产术患者术中、术后出血量及满意程度的影响。方法将80例剖宫产患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给予一般护理,观察组给予环境布置、术前辅导、术中及术后综合护理等温馨护理措施,比较2组患者的术中、术后出血情况及满意程度。结果观察组患者术中、术后2h及24h出血量分别为(167.34±23.56)mL,(87.43±13.39)mL及(204.45±25.35)mL,对照组分别为(214.00±24.76)mL,(104.54±15.34)mL及(237.64±28.56)mL,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总满意度为90.00%,而对照组为80.00%,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在剖宫产术围手术期实施温馨护理可以减少患者术中、术后2h及术后24h出血量,改善护患关系,提高满意程度。
Objective To investigate the impact of warm care on the amount of bleeding of patients with cesare- an operation in their operation and after their operation and its influence on the degree of satisfaction. Method 80 cases of patients with cesarean delivery were randomly divided into the experimental and control groups, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given general care and the experimental group was provided with warm care like comfortable environment, preoperative counseling and comprehensive nursing during and after their operation. Then the bleeding in and after their operation and the degree of their satisfaction were com- pared in both groups. Results For patients in the experimental group, the amount of bleeding in their opera- tion was (167.34±23.56) mL, after two hours the bleeding was (87.43±13.39) mL and after 24 hours the bleeding was (204.45±25.35) mL; in the control group they were respectively (214.00±24.76) mL, (104.54± 15.34) mL and (237.64±28.56) mL. The differences in the two groups were statistically significant (P〈 0.05). The total degree of satisfaction in the experimental group was 90.00%, that of the control group was 80.00% and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Warm care provided in the ce- sarean operation can reduce the bleeding of patients in the operation, two hours and 24 hours after the opera- tion. It can improve the relationship between nurses and patients and increase patients' satisfaction.
