目的探讨使用小剂量雌激素对诱导排卵患者的排卵以及子宫内膜发育的影响。方法选取2010年5月至2013年5月商丘市妇幼保健院收治的80例无排卵性不孕妇女,随机分为普通组和观察组,普通组40例患者只使用氯米芬促进排卵,观察组40例患者在普通组基础上加用小剂量雌激素,对卵泡发育以及子宫内膜厚度进行监测,对比两组结果。结果单使用氯米芬患者的排卵率较高,但是妊娠率较低,加用雌激素之后,两组排卵率相近,妊娠率显著提高,达到了75.09%;普通组的子宫内膜增生晚期厚度为(0.74±0.21)cm,观察组达到了(1.02±0.22)cm,两组结果对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雌激素与氯米芬联合使用可以促进子宫内膜生长,雌激素对排卵率没有明显影响。

Objective To evaluate the use of low-dose estrogen to induce ovulation in patients with ovulation and endom- etrial development impact. Methods From May 2010 to May 2013 Shangqiu MCH Hospital 80 cases of anovulatory in- fertile women were divided into normal group and observation group, normal group of 40 patients using only clomiphene to promote ovulation, observe group of 40 patients in the general group, based on the use of small doses of estrogen on follicular development and endometrial thickness monitoring, compared to two sets of results. Results The use of clom- iphene ovulation in patients with higher rate, lower pregnancy rate, plus estrogen, the two groups had similar ovulation rate, pregnancy rate significantly increased, reaching 75.09% ; Ordinary group of advanced endometrial hyperplasia thickness （0.74 ±0.21 ） cm, reaching the observation group （ 1.02 ±0.22） cm, the two groups were statistically sig- nificant differences in the results compared. Conclusions Estrogen and clomiphene combination can promote the growth of the endometrium, estrogen had no effect on ovulation rate.
