摘要
本文介绍了一种面向逆工程的快速 3 60°三维测量系统 ,论述了其原理、结构 ,并详细讨论了其中的关键技术 ,包括激光扫描、数据的实时提取与校正、三维曲面拟合、图象渲染等逆工程用于制造前的若干关键技术问题并对其提出了相应的解决方法 .本系统与逆工程概念相结合 ,具有结构简单、实时性好、适用范围广等优点 .
A 360° 3D measurement system is described.It discusses the key techniques in details,which are very important problems before the manufacturing in reverse engineering,including the laser scanning,the real time data acquirement and revising,and the 3D freedom surface fitting.Gives the corresponding solvable methods for the problems respectively.The system present here comb ining with the concept of reverse engineering,has the merits of simple structure,real time,robustness,and so on.
