The paper systematically introduces operational exercises on Xi＇an metro line 1 from the aspects of overall planning, preparation exercises, exercises implementation, summary of evaluation, and extracts the innovations on exercises item identification, scene design, exercises organization, program design, and evaluation model. It enriches the practical experience and technology system for urban rail transit operator’s exercise, and provides reference and guidance to domestic counterparts.
