摘要
预分解窑分解炉筒体面积500 ~ 800m2,表面温度约110℃~150℃,热损达969w/m2.将其表面散热控制到接近环温,最大限度地控制热风用于炉内,减少热损,利于炉煤燃烧与热能的有效利用及分解.筒体内外选择理想绝热材料,是节能降耗的有效途径.
Surface area of cement decomposing furnace tube could be 500 - 800 m2. Temperature of the surface could be 110℃ - 150℃ and heat loss could be 969w/m2. Controlling the surface temperature to remain as +_ 10oC of the environment temperature will maximize the hot air used inside the tube. It will reduce heat loss and be beneficial to the combustion of coal as well as the decomposition of CaC03. Choosing the appropriate insulation material is the effective approach to energy saving.
