Improvement Effect of three-way Crossbred by Utilizing Charolais in Tianshui City

[目的]为观测天水市应用夏洛莱进行肉牛三元杂交的改良效果。[方法]在项目区选定30头试验牛,跟踪测定试验牛5个阶段的7项生长性能指标,分析得出监测均值,与项目试验均值进行显著性分析。[结果]试验牛5个阶段的7项生长性能指标监测均值与项目试验均值差异均不显著(P>0.05)。[结论]应用夏洛莱进行肉牛三元杂交改良,在天水市目前饲养管理条件下,实际改良效果与试验效果相符,"以夏洛莱为主进行肉牛三元杂交"的肉牛改良方向是成功的,可全面推广。

[Objective]To investigate the improvement effect of three-way crossbred by utilizing Charol- ais in tianshui city. [Method]A total of 30 cattle were used to evaluate the improvement effects, and the da ta including seven indexes from five stages were aslo analyzed. [Result]There were no significant deviation between observation indexed and predicted indexes involving the above--mentioned seven indexes from five different stages （P〉0.05）. [Conclusion]improvement effect of three-way crossbred by utilizing Charolais in tianshui city was successful, which complied with the local conditions in Tianshui city, so three-way crossbred by utilizing Charolais in tianshui city was widely recommended.
