Report of Dairy Industry Development in Gansu Province in 2013

2013年在政策、市场、价格等方面的强力作用下,甘肃奶产业发展势头好,奶牛存栏量增加单产提高,规模养殖快速攀升,生鲜乳价格一路飙升,品种改良步伐加快,奶站监管规范有效,饲料生产稳步推进,疫病防控措施严格,乳企稳定利润上升,奶农合作社健康发展。目前甘肃奶业正处在自我调整、重组和升级的关键时期,而产业发展中仍然存在的困难和问题需要各级政府和技术推广部门高度重视,要从政策扶持、资金投入、规模生产、标准化养殖、现代奶业技术培训、奶站监管等方面给予支持,走农牧结合推进、牛草同步发展的可持续发展之路。

In 2013, the efforts of policy, market and price changes brought a strong development trend of Gansu dairy industry. It had been showing that the increase of cow population, milk production per day, milk prices and enterprise profit in Gansu province. Also, there were other achievements, such as in tensive breeding, supervising standard of milk station, special feed producing, animal diseases control and dairy cooperative development. It was the crucial period of self adjustment, restructuring and upgrading of dairy industry in Gansu province. For future development, all levels of governments and the related func tional sectors should pay high attentions to the difficulties and problems existing support the dairy industry developments through the various means which includ ital investment, scale production, standardized cultivation, trainings on modern in the industry. It should e supporting policy, cap- technologies and supervision of milk station establishment, and to take the sustainable approach of combining dairy industry and pasture development.
