中国在东北亚经济合作中的地位与作用——区域性公共产品的视角

The Position and Role of China in Northeast Asian Economic Cooperation:the Perspective of Regional Public Goods

东北亚是一个阻力和潜力并存的经济区域。在日本仍受困于"失去的二十年"之际,中国的经济则是快速崛起,并已超越日本成为国内生产总值排名世界第二位的大国。那么,如何看待中国在东北亚区域经济合作中的地位与作用?对这一问题的解答,可以从"区域性公共产品"的概念和简单的SWOT分析方法入手。在梳理了"区域性公共产品"的概念、供给模式及其在东北亚的表现之后,中国在供给东北亚区域公共产品中的地位与作用得到了检视。在此基础上,提出了相关的政策建议。

Northeast Asia is an economic region of both obstructions and potentials.When Japan is still stymied by the＂lost two decades＂,Chinese economy is rapidly rising and consequently China has overtook Japan as the second largest power in terms of GDP in the world.How should we assess China＇s position and role in Northeast Asian regional economic cooperation？ To answer this question,this article introduces the concept of＂regional public goods＂.Meanwhile,the SWOT method is used to analyze China＇s supply of regional public goods.To begin with,the authors study the concept,supply patterns and practice in Northeast Asia of regional public goods.What is more,China＇s position and role in supplying regional public goods in Northeast Asia are analyzed.In the final part of the article,the authors draw some conclusions.
