分析抗菌药物与盐酸氨溴索的配伍禁忌

Analysis on incompatibility of antimicrobial drug and ambroxol hydrochloride

目的探究抗菌药物与盐酸氨溴索的配伍禁忌。方法回顾性分析我院检验科于2010年7月至2012年7月进行的临床药物检验报告,着重分析与盐酸氨溴索能够产生配伍禁忌的抗菌药物类别。结果本次研究共收集4大类型的抗菌药物配伍试验资料,包括头孢菌素类、青霉素类、喹诺酮类和抗厌氧菌类药物。其中与盐酸氨溴索具有配伍禁忌的抗菌药物共14种,头孢菌素类9种(64.29%),青霉素类2种(14.29%),喹诺酮类1种(7.14%),抗厌氧菌类2种(14.29%)。结论盐酸氨溴索与多种抗菌药物存在配伍禁忌,临床药物试用中要加强管理,避免造成用药不良事故的发生。

Objective To investigate the incompatibility of antimicrobial drug and ambroxol hydrochloride. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital test subjects in clinical drug inspection report from July 2010 to July 2012 carried out, focusing on analysis of ambroxol incompatibility can produce antimicrobial drug classes. Results The study collected a total of four major types of antimicrobial drug compatibility test data, including cephalosporins, penicillins, quinolones and anti-anaerobic drugs. Wherein the antibacterial drug ambroxol hydrochloride has a total of 14 kinds of incompatibility, nine kinds of cephalosporins （64.29%）, penicillins two kinds （14.29%）, quinolones one kind （7.14%）, two kinds of anti-anaerobic （14.29%）. Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride with a variety of antimicrobial agents incompatibility exists, the clinical trial of the drug to strengthen management, to avoid the occurrence of adverse drug incidents.
