摘要
开关电源依其重量轻、小型化、输入电压范围宽、功率密度/转换效率高、待机功耗小等优点,得到迅速发展和应用,是当今电子信息产业化中不可缺少的一种产业支撑。相应要求作为关键结构器件铝电解电容器,高温下长寿命化及耐大纹波电流。通过提高工作电解液的电导率、降低导针与铝箔的接触电阻以及优选低密度电解等手段,研制出的产品在105℃高温下全负荷稳定工作达8000小时。
