摘要
采用电子自旋共振技术结合自旋标记研究了聚乙二醇在Al2 O3/水界面的分子构型和运动行为 .结果表明 ,聚乙二醇在Al2 O3上的吸附等温线呈S型 ,吸附量随聚乙二醇分子量增加而减小 ,聚乙二醇在Al2 O3表面是多点吸附 ,分子中的大部分链节平躺在Al2 O3表面。
The molecular configuration and motion behaviour of polyethylene glycol (PEG) at Al\-2O\-3/water interface were investigated by using the electron spin resonance (ESR) technique, coupled with spin label technique. The adsorption isotherms of PEG on the Al\-2O\-3 surface were of S type and the amount of adsorption decreased with the increas of molecular weight. The adsorption of PEG on the Al\-2O\-3 surface was of the multipoint adsorption, where most segments of PEG were bound to the surface and a few residual segments were dangling in the solution.
