摘要
随着电力电子应用装置、大功率电力拖动设备等大量非线性负荷设备在油田泵站的大规模推广应用,所产生的非正弦波形电流,造成大量谐波电流注入电网,使公共连接点的电压波形严重畸变,严重影响了油田电网供电质量。文中介绍了孤东油田一号联合站用设备配置状况,分析了油田泵站电网谐波产生的主要原因,阐述了节电器工作原理及特点,谐波治理技术方案以及应用效果。实践证明,该多功能节电器应用效果良好。
With the popularization and apphcation of oilfield pumping station large-scale power electronic devices, high-power electric drive equipment, such as a large number of non-linear load equipment, the resulting non-sine wave current, resulting in a large number of harmonic current injected into the grid, so that the point of common couplinga serious distortion of the voltage waveform, seriously affecting the oil quality of power supply. This paper introduces a Gudong Oilfield One joint station device configuration status, the main causes of oil pumping station network harmonics on Power Saver working principle and characteristics of the harmonic control programs, as well as effect. Practice has proved that the multi-function Saver with good results.
