论道教生态伦理思想在土地利用中的价值

Taoist Ecological Ethics and Its Application in Land Use

近年来,随着城市化水平的不断提高,土地资源对经济发展的约束瓶颈愈加突出。如何转变利用方式,实现土地资源的可持续利用,已成为我国面临的重大难题。本文通过文献研究法和逻辑演绎法,挖掘道教思想中的生态伦理价值,从伦理学的角度重新审视人地关系,认为以人口、资源与环境相协调,经济、社会与生态效益相统一为原则,控制开发强度,调整空间结构,可为土地可持续利用战略的实现奠定理论基石,从而最终实现土地生态环境的可持续发展。

In recent years, with the increasing level of urbanization in China, problems of land resources has obviously become a bottleneck for the economy. How to chauge the using method to achieve the sustainable uses of land resourses has become a maior problem in China. This article reveals the ecological ethical values of Taoism by using literature research and logical deduction. It rethinks the relationship between people and land from the ethics perspective. Base on the principles of population, resources and environment coordination, and economic, social and ecological benefits unity, people should control development intensity, and spatial structure adjustment. This article is to lay the theoretical foundation to achieve sustainable land use strategy, and ultimately realize the sustainable development of land ecological environment.
