综合急诊模式下急性复杂重创患者救治探讨

Experiences of Acute and Complex Trauma Patients Managemnet Under the Comprehensive Emergency Mode

目的探讨在综合急诊模式下,急性复杂重创患者的急诊救治方法。方法收集我院急诊外科2010年6月-2012年5月收治的180例急性复杂重创患者的临床资料,并将患者的救治结果与2005年6月-2010年5月间我院收治的500例该类患者的相关资料进行比较,探讨在综合急诊模式下,急性复杂重创患者的急诊救治方法。结果在综合急诊救治模式下,180例患者中有10例死亡,与2005年6月至2010年5月该类500例患者的临床资料数据比较,救治成功率高、平均住院日缩短、住院费用下降、病死率降低。结论急诊绿色通道、急诊病房、急诊手术、急诊重症监护室的综合救治模式能快速对急性复杂重创患者在时间窗内开展救治,明显提高患者的存活率,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the emergency treatment method for acute and complex trauma patients under the comprehensive emergency mode. Methods the clinical data of 180 cases of acute and complex trauma patients were collected who were cured in emergency surgery of our hospital from June 2010 to May 2012 , and the Therapeutic effects result of these patients was compared with the data of 500 cases who were cured in our hospital from June 2005 to May 2010, To investigate the emergency treatment method for acute and complex trauma patients under the comprehensive emergency mode.Results under the comprehensive emergency mode,10 patients of 180 cases died,and compare with the result of past five years, the cure rate is high, the average hospitalization days and hospital costs and the mortality decreased.Conclusion the comprehensive emergency mode which comprises of emergency green channel, emergency ward, emergency surgery, emergency intensive care unit can quickly carry out treatment to acute and complex trauma patients within a time window, and can improved the survival rate of patients significantly, and can be worthy of promotion.
