防止呼吸道感染滥用抗生素应重视病原学分析 被引量：4

摘要 呼吸道感染是危害人类生命健康的常见重大疾病.对急诊科就诊病因的一项调查显示,各种感染或合并感染占急诊就诊原因的第一位,而其中急性呼吸道感染又排名第一.老年患者中因呼吸道感染引发的呼吸衰竭和心力衰竭导致的死亡占老年人死亡病因的第一位.因此,对呼吸道感染的及时诊断和正确处理是提高疗效、减少死亡率的关键.
