摘要
莱芜铁矿业庄矿区为一大水矿床,曾采用预留护顶矿层隔水进路采矿,- 25 m中段以上矿体已呈蜂窝状。由于爆破参数选取不当,炮孔布置方式不合理,长期以来大块率较高,采场出矿能力低。文章介绍了通过调整凿岩爆破参数,改变炮孔布置方式而达到降低爆破成本、改善爆破效果的目的。该技术现已在全矿区推广应用。
Yezhuang mining area in Laiwu iron mine is that a highwater deposit occourred. The method of mining with ceiling ore layer and water- resisting entrance was used. The oredody above Level- 25m took the shape of beehive. Due to improver selecting of blasting parameters and unreasonable pattern of blastholes, the boulder yield was higher and a capacity of ore remove in stope was lower long since. This paper describes the rectification of drilling and blasting parameters and the modifcation of blasthole pattern so as to reduce the cost of blasting and improve the blasting effect. The technology of drilling and blasting of remnant orebody in high- water deposit has been used completely in the whole mining area.
