摘要
研究了原子配比 3∶ 1的 Fe、 Si混合粉末的机械合金化过程,并用金相显微镜和 XRD分析了热压成型前后的材料组织和结构。实验结果表明:原子配比 3∶ 1的 Fe、 Si混合粉末经机械合金化最终产物为α-Fe(Si)过饱和固溶体,而不是非晶态;合金化后的粉末经热压后可得到有序的 Fe3Si金属间化合物;而球磨取样过程中产生的氧化物是影响材料性能的主要因素。
Mechanical alloying process of mixed iron-silicon (Fe∶ Si=3∶ 1) powders was studied.And the phases and microstructures of mechanical alloying powders and hot-pressing samples were analysised by optical microscope and XRD.It was found that mechanical alloying led to the formation ofα-Fe(Si) super-saturated solution instead of amorphisation.Ordered Fe3Si intermetallics could be gotten by hot-pressing of milled powders.Oxide that produced when the analysised powders were taken out of the vials was the major phase that led the decrease of properities of Fd3Si intermetallics by mechanical alloying.
