摘要
为研究工程机械中泵排量和马达排量及柴油机供油量三者之间的最优匹配,以实际工程机械液压行走驱动系统为原型,对真实液压行走驱动系统进行适当简化,进而提出实验台建设方案,并根据实际要求就主要设备的选型进行说明和计算。在此基础上建立了工程机械通用液压行走驱动系统实验台,并进行了空载、变负荷、变排量等不同工况下的实验验证,实验结果符合设计要求。本实验台的建设可以为各种工程机械的液压行走驱动系统提供实验研究条件。
In order to research the optimum match among the pump displacement, motor displacement and the oil sup-ply volume of a diesel engine in engineering machinery, with the actual hydraulic travelling driving system of engi-neering machinery as a prototype, the real hydraulic travelling driving system was simplified. Subsequently, the test bench construction scheme was proposed, and in addition, according to actual requirements, the description and cal-culation were carried out for the selection of equipment model. On the basis of this, a test bench for the universal hy-draulic travelling driving system of engineering machinery was established. Besides, under such different behaviors as empty load, variable load and variable displacement, experiments were conducted for demonstration. The test results conform to the design requirements. The construction of the test bench may provide experimental research conditions for the hydraulic travelling driving systems of various engineering machineries.
