摘要
分析了液压支架铰接前梁机构中伸缩梁的适应性,根据铰接前梁机构的独立性,分析计算不同规格前梁千斤顶的伸缩梁受力,对伸缩梁厚度尺寸进行了标准化设计。根据液压支架中心距、护帮千斤顶、伸缩梁千斤顶的规格及数量,对伸缩梁宽度尺寸进行了标准化设计。最终推出了6种标准伸缩梁,便于设计时直接选用。
This article analyzesadaptability of telescopic canopy in hinged canopy structure of hydraulic roof support.On the basis of independence of this structure, loading capabilities of telescopic canopy with different ram specification are calculated and standardize the thickness of the telescopic canopy. Moreover, width of telescopic canopy is standardized according to thecenterdistance, specification and quantity of flipper ram and telescopic ram. This article finally proposes six kinds of criterions for telescopic canopy, so as to directlyuse during design.
