摘要
以圆柱齿轮机构为研究对象进行优化设计,选取齿轮的模数、齿数、齿宽、中心距等基本参数为设计变量,以体积最小为优化目标,利用Matlab优化工具箱进行编程求解,得到齿轮结构尺寸。利用SolidWorks结合CAXA建立齿轮的三维实体模型,使用Simulation插件进行应力分析,验证优化设计的合理性和优越性。
Taking the basic parameters such as gear modulus, teeth, tooth width and center distance as the design variables, the minimum volume as the optimal object, this paper presents the optimal design of cylinder gear mechanism and obtains the gear's structure size by means of Matlab optimization toolbox. It verifys the reasonableness and advantage of optimal design by building the 3D solid model of the gear with SolidWorks and CAXA, and carrying out the stress analysis based on Simulation plug-in.
