摘要 针对矿井提升机所用电励磁同步电机的高性能控制,研究了一种基于气隙磁链定向的电励磁同步电机变频调速系统。对所采用的基于气隙磁链定向矢量控制原理进行了阐述,在此基础上给出了电励磁同步电机变频调速控制系统,给出了气隙磁链观测器常用的3种数学模型,并进行了分析。设计了一套基于DSP和FPGA的电励磁同步电机控制系统。此系统能实现对电励磁同步电机的数字化、高性能、高可靠性控制。 A frequency control system of electrically excited synchronous motor based on the air-gap flux oriented was studied for the high-performance control mine hoist. The vector control theory based on the air-gap flux oriented was described. The frequency control system of electrically excited synchronous motor was showed. Three commonly used mathematical models of the air-gap flux observer were given and analyzed. The hardware control system of electrically excited synchronous motor based on DSP and FPGA was designed. This system has a high degree of digitization and it can achieve high- performance and high-reliability control for the electrically excited synchronous motor.
