摘要
采用ADINA软件,建立2种不同井筒深度的矿井摩擦式提升系统的二维模型,模拟提升系统运行中出现的卡罐非正常工况。根据后处理分析,得到卡罐工况下钢丝绳的振动曲线,对比得出井筒深度对钢丝绳振动规律的影响。研究分析可为摩擦式提升系统的安全运行提供一定的理论参考。
Two-dimensional model of mine friction hoist system is established in ADINA software with two different depth, simulated the abnormal situation of card tank in elevator operation. According to the post processing, obtain the vibration curve of steel wire rope in card tank condition, and analysis of the influence of shaft depth on wire rope vibration rule. The results provide theoretical reference for the safe operation of the friction hoist system.
