摘要
以矿用轴流通风机叶片为研究对象,建立了叶片的三维有限元模型。经过模态分析,得出了叶片在静止时以及流场中旋转时的前6阶固有频率和模态振型。结果表明:叶片在流场中旋转时模态频率较静止时有提高,模态振型不变。计算结果为轴流通风机进一步的动力学分析提供了参考。
Taking the blade of axial flow fan used in mine as research object, the three dimensional finite element of the blade was established. Using modal analysis method, the first six orders natural frequencies and modes of vibration of the blade were obtained, respectively when the blade is static and rotating in the flow field. The result shows that the modal frequencies of the rotating blade in flow field are higher than the static modal frequencies, the modes of vibration are the same. The calculation provides reference to the further dynamic analysis of the axial flow fan.
