摘要
为了使车架的固有频率远离激振频率的范围,提高车架的强度及其抗疲劳强度,运用模态分析方法对车架进行有限元模态分析,结果表明,在符合车架设计的基本条件下,其动态特性基本满足要求。车架模态分析结果为车架结构性能的进一步优化和设计提供了理论依据。
In order to make frame natural frequency from the range of vibration frequency, improve frame strength, and enhance fatigue strength, this paper, using modal analysis method, conduct finite element modal analysis for frame. The results show that the dynamic characteristics basically meet the requirements in accordance with the frame design of the basic conditions. Frame modal analysis results provides theoretical basis for further optimization and design of frame structure and performance.
