摘要
液压支架作为煤炭综合机械化开采的支护设备,对煤矿安全和综采技术的提高至关重要,液压支架中立柱、千斤顶和各种销轴常用以下6种材料:40Cr、45、27SiMn、30CrMnTi、30CrMnSi、40CrMnMo。通过对各种材料淬透性试验,了解其特性,绘制不同规格材料在不同淬火介质下的硬度分布曲线,为液压支架设计和制造提供有效的依据。
As the coal comprehensive mechanization mining face supporting equipment, hydraulic support is important to improve the coal mine safety and fully mechanized mining technology. The legs, rams and various pins of hydraulic support commonly used six kinds of materials:40Cr, 45, 27SiMn, 30CrMnTi, 30CrMnSi, 40CrMnMo. Through a variety of materials hardenability testing, to understand its characteristics, hardness distribution curve of different specifications of materials in different quenching medium, provides effective basis for the designing and manufacturing of hydraulic support.
