摘要 基于浮力称重传感原理的矿用输送带动态称重系统,用基于液体浮力原理的浮力传感器取代了传统的称重传感器成为该系统的核心称重器件,同时采用了分级称重技术,浮力传感器将对煤炭重量的测量转换为线性位移量的测量。该系统能够实现全量程内的线性动态测量,不存在零漂和非线性等技术缺陷,实现了数据的实时采集和实时监控,解决了连续输煤快速称重和精确计量的难题,具有一定的推广价值。 The core component principle of buoyancy weighing of the mining dynamic weighing system of conveyer belt based on the has been changed from a traditional weighing sensor into a buoyancy weighing sensor. Grading weighing technology is applied to this system and the weighing object has been shifted from the quality of the coal to the linear displacement. This system can achieve full-range linear dynamic weighing without the technical defects of zero drift or non-linear. Since this system can realize data real-time acquisition and supervision and solves the problem of quick and accurate weighing during continuous coal transmission, it is worth marketing.
