Reducer Design of Roadheader Cutting Unit

针对EBZ45型掘进机在使用中容易出现卡死及轴承烧伤的问题,设计了一种新的截割头减速器结构,采用两级行星轮系传动代替原来的单级行星轮系传动,并采用法兰连接代替原来的焊接结构,使得新的截割头减速器具有结构简单,加工安装方便及承重能力强的优点。

A new reducer design of the roadheader cutting unit is proposed aiming at the problem of stuck and bearing bums. The single-stage planetary gear train drive was instead by the two-stage planetary gear train transmission. The original welded structure was instead by the flange connection. The new design of the cutting head reducer has the advantages of simple structure, processing easy to install and load-bearing ability.
