摘要
介绍了利用三菱FX2N系列PLC对日本BF-13A型落地镗铣床的电气改造,阐述了系统改造方案,同时根据日本BF-13A型落地镗床的控制要求和特点,确定PLC的输入输出分配。在继电器控制线路的基础上,设计出梯形图并进行现场调试。
Abstract: Introduced by Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC electric transformation of Japan BF-13A type boring and milling machine, stated the system reform scheme, at the same time, according to the control requirements of the Japanese BF-13A boring machine and characteristics, determine the PLC input and output distribution.
