煤矿开发中乳化液泵的使用十分普遍。介绍乳化液泵的CAD程序结构组成,介绍子模块的功能。针对重要的子模块如曲轴的设计、齿轮的设计、液压系统的设计进行具体分析,最后提出程序的使用方法,给系统设计提供参考。

The use of emulsion pump is very common in the mine development. This article describes the CAD program structure of the emulsion pump, introducing the sub-module. Then specifically analysing some important sub-modules such as the design of the crankshaft, gear design, water system design, and finally proposing the use of the program, to provide a reference to the system design.
