摘要
由于国际金融危机、人民币升值、劳动用工成本、交通成本、原材料成本升高等原因,同时又囿于自身的定价能力缺失,国内代工企业盈利能力逐渐下降,代工企业的劣势也被放大,代工企业如何摆脱当前困境、实现转型升级成为迫切须要解决的问题。本文从代工企业的优势资源及其在价值链中的地位和技术研发能力与品牌商差距出发,构建代工企业转型升级的理论模型,旨在为代工企业转型升级提出可行建议。
Due to the international financial crisis , RMB appreciation , as well as high labor , raw material and transpor-tation costs and the lack of pricing ability , OEM enterprises′profitability gradually declined , and disadvantages were en-larged.How to get rid of the current predicament becomes a urgent problem for OEM enterprises to solve .This paper constructs a theoretical model of transformation and upgrading of OEM enterprises considering their business resources , status in the value chain and R&D abilities , to give some suggestions on transformation and upgrading of OEM enterpri-ses.
