纳洛酮联合氨茶碱治疗小儿呼吸衰竭临床疗效观察

Naloxone Combined with the effect of aminophylline treatment of children with respiratory failure

目的:探讨纳洛酮联合氨茶碱治疗小儿呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将69例呼吸衰竭患儿随机分为两组,对照组给予东莨菪碱治疗,实验组给予纳洛酮联合氨茶碱治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:实验组34例,显效17例,有效13例,总有效率为88.24%;对照组35例,显效11例,有效10例,总有效率为60.00%,实验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:纳洛酮联合氨茶碱治疗小儿呼吸衰竭疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective ： To investigate the effect of naloxone joint aminophylline treatment of pediatric respiratory failure, and provide a reference for. Methods：March 2011 to December 2012, 69 cases of respiratory failure in children in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, control group received scopolamine treatment, the experimental group were treated with naloxone joint aminophylline treatment between the two groups treatment of children. Results： The experimental group were 34 cases, 17 cases markedly effective in 13 cases, total effective rate was 88. 240/oo ; children with the control group of 35 cases, 11 cases markedly effec tive in 10 cases, total effective rate of 60.00~ in the experimental group children The total effective rate higher than the control chil dren, between groups （P^0.05）, the difference was statistically significant. Conchlsion ： The joint use in the treatment of children with respiratory failure during the naloxone and aminophylline with good results, it is worth to use in clinical work.
