摘要
"软权力"作为国际政治话语力的"软力量"特征,已经被演义为新的国际战略传播行为。"暖实力"的战略传播较之美国"冷实力"在战争活动中的"帝国霸权"运用,具有深厚的国际道义基础。新媒体环境下,借助"中国梦"之"暖实力"的价值传播和军事外宣功能,对于进一步提升和扩大我军"军事软实力"在全球化发展中维护世界正义、道义与和平秩序的作用,具有重要现实意义。
"Soft Power", as a distinct feature of international political discourse system, has been de- fined as a kind of new international strategic dissemination. Compared with the U. S. "Cold Power", i.e. application of "Imperial Hegemony" in its war activities, "Warm Power" has a solid international moral basis. Under the new media environment and under the assistance of China Dream, dissemina- tion of "Warm Power" in military overseas publicity will be of realistic significance for Chinese "mili- tary soft power" to further improve and expand its role in maintaining world justice, morality and peace in the global development.
