毛泽东长期的军事领导实践,孕育了丰富的军事领导经验和思想。新中国成立后,毛泽东继续在新的军事领导实践中,解决新问题,完善和发展军事领导理论,提出建立强大巩固国防的奋斗目标;确立经济建设与国防建设辩证发展的方针,既突出经济建设的基础地位,又高度重视国防建设,抓住关键,重点突破,以尖端项目带动全局发展;运用核心军事原则,以高超的智慧和勇气战胜国内外一切敌人,捍卫国家主权和民族尊严;系统总结军事领导经验,不断创新军事斗争的新形式。

Abstract： Mao Zedong had given birth to the rich leadership experience and thought from long-term military leadership practice. After the founding of the People＇s Republic of China, Mao Zedong contin- ued to solve new problems, to improve and develop military leadership theory, to propose the estab- lishment of a powerful consolidating national defense goal in the new military leadership practice. He established the policy of dialectical development of economic construction and national defense. On one hand, he highlighted the economic construction of the base position. On the other hand, he attached great importance to the national defense construction, seized the key to breakthrough, and developed advanced projects to drive the whole situation. He used the core principles of military operations to defeat all enemies at home and abroad with great wisdom and courage, and safeguard national sover- eignty and national dignity. He summarized the military leadership experience and created new forms of military struggle.
