异氟醚引起海马损伤导致术后认知功能障碍相关机制的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 术后认知功能障碍(postoperativecognitivedysfunction,POCD)以记忆力、注意力、认知和社交能力损伤为特征,常见于老年患者,是手术麻醉后中枢神经系统常见的并发症之一。导致POCD的因素很多,研究显示,麻醉药可能是患者POCD的主要诱发因素之一。
