工程伦理研究的前提考量——基于本质与特征的学理视角

工程伦理就本质而言是一种"大伦理观",包括工程主体价值取向和工程活动对环境、社会影响的两个维度。工程伦理的社会性特征决定我国工程伦理研究不可像美国那样简单地将工程伦理等同于工程制度,因为美国是法理型社会,其伦理是制度伦理,而中国是伦理型社会,有着几千年的精神伦理传统。中国工程伦理既要探究工程伦理本质精神,又要探索工程伦理建制。工程伦理的系统性特征决定主体间性研究必须置于工程伦理研究中心,工程伦理研究必须从责任伦理、团体伦理向主体间性的伦理指向转化。
