摘要
本文通过设计符合我国高校创新教育特点的问卷,对哈尔滨工业大学部分强势工科专业的学生进行了调查。结合调查数据,探讨了科学教育与人文教育、通识教育与专业教育、理论教学与实践教学、教育与教学、专业与学科、教学与科研、个性与共性和教与学这八个方面对工科大学生创新教育成效的影响程度。因子分析和回归分析的结果显示,对个性与共性的关注对创新教育效果的影响程度最大,而教与学次之。调查结果具有一定的代表性,希望能够为其他工科院校提供些许启示。
As the society calls for innovative talents, colleges and universities, especially high--level univer- sities, have incorporated innovative talents cultivation into the center work of school, along with more innovative education programs on the agenda. As a result, its effectiveness is worthy of attention. Through questionnaire designed in accordance with the characteristics of China's colleges and univer- sities, students from competitive engineering majors of Harbin Institute of Technology were investiga- ted. Combined with 482 valid samples, a discussion about the influence degree of eight aspects on the effect of college students~ innovation education was made, which involve the science and humanities education, general and professional education, theory and practice teaching, education and teaching, professional and curriculum, teaching and scientific research, individuality and commonness, teaching and learning. The result of the factor analysis and regression analysis shows that attention to individu- ality and commonness may bring the largest influence degree, followed by teaching and learning. The survey has certain representativeness, hoping to provide enlightenment for other engineering colleges.
