科技企业孵化器商业模式体系构建与要素评价

The Business Model System Construction and Factors Analysis of High-Tech Business Incubator

从商业模式的视角出发对科技企业孵化器进行研究,首先,分析了商业模式的要素(价值主张、收益机制、价值链、价值网络、竞争战略、目标市场),并结合科技企业孵化器的特点,将要素分为概念类和财务类;然后,构造了科技企业孵化器的两层次商业模式体系。在实地调研的基础上,运用构建的商业模式体系对宁波国家级孵化器进行分析和关键要素的评价,并且对存在的问题提出相应的改进建议。

Business model is the logic description of High-tech business incubators＇ operation. From the perspective of business model, we combine the characteristics of high-tech business incubator with the analysis about basic factors of business model which include value proposition, revenue mechanisms, value chain, value network, competitive strategy and target market and then classify the factors into financial or conceptual category, which result in a new business model system of high-tech business incubator. By investigating the National incubator of Ningbo, we conduct an empirical study about the business model system. In the end, we give the conclusion and suggestion about the study.
