高职院校在培养全面发展的人才过程中存在着过分注重专业知识而忽视人文教育、过分注重专业能力而忽视非专业能力、过分注重就业率而忽视职业发展等主要问题。这些问题的存在,不利于高职学生的全面发展。培养全面发展的高职学生是推进我国高职教育深化发展的需要、兼顾社会需求和个性发展的需要、提升高职学生就业创业质量的需要。促进高职学生全面发展,可从构建"平台教学、专业分流、岗位培养"的人才培养模式,建立人文素质全、专业基础知识宽、专业核心知识精、岗位方向技能强的"点、线、面、体"课程体系,采取"导师+项目+团队"的教学形式,探索培养全面发展的高职学生。

There are some problems in the talents training in higher vocational colleges： to emphasize the professional knowledge but neglect liberal education; to emphasize the professional ability but neglect non- professional ability; to emphasize the employment rate but neglect career development. However, it＇s essential to facilitate the overall development for higher vocational talents, which bases on the need of promoting the development of higher vocational education,meeting the demand of society and individual and improving the quality of employment. We can establish ＂Stage teaching-Major bypass-Occupational training＂ model. ＂Spot- Line-Area-Body＂ curriculum system, ＂Tutor-Program-Team＂ teaching style.
