摘要
本文根据我校近年来"半导体材料"课程教学实践过程中所积累的一些经验,对该课程教学改革探索进行了探讨。笔者在该课程教学过程中,应用研究型教学的理念与互动式教学方法,将教师的理论教学与学生的自主式学习有机结合,从而增强学生的自主学习能力和科研创新意识,提高教学效果。
According to the experiences accumulated during the teaching practice process of Semiconductor Materi- als for undergraduate students in recent years, the exploration of the teaching reform are discussed in this paper. The idea of research-oriented teaching and interactive teaching method are applied into the teaching practice of this course. Meanwhile, the teaching mode is emphasized here that the combination of the teacher's theoretical teaching and the students' autonomous learning, which can enhance students' autonomous learning ability and awareness of research and innovation. The teaching quality is improved efficiently.
