基于DG128的FESTO生产线的控制系统设计

摘要 文章采用DG128单片机设计了一个FESTO生产线控制系统。我们利用继电器设计了工业24V与单片机输入输出信号匹配电路,搭建了以单片机为核心的控制电路,利用C语言设计了FESTO供料站和检测站等五个生产单元的自动控制程序。长期运行表明,该控制系统具有体积小、成本低和运行可靠等特点,可代替高成本的可编程序控制器(PLC)控制系统,特别适合中小企业生产线自动化的应用。 In this paper, a control system is designed with DG128 MCU, which is used to controt r ~tu manu^a~:- turing systems. With relays, the signal conversion circuit is designed to convert the industrial 24V to the signals the MCU controller required, and the whole control circuit, whose core is MCU, is established. According to the process, the C language programs to control the stations, which include a feeding station, an inspection station, an extraction station, a classification station and a processing station, are programmed. After long-term tests, the sin- gle-chip control system, which is small in size, low cost and high reliable, could replace the expensive PLC control system, and it is especially suitable for the application of production lines in small and medium-sized enterprises.
