摘要
通过对钢铁件进行粉末静电喷涂的实验研究 ,证明粉末静电喷涂的涂层均匀、无流挂现象 ;在尖锐的边缘和粗糙的表面均能形成连续、平滑的涂膜层 .通过性能测试 。
After experimental study of static power spraying on steel pieces, it is proven that the coating of static powder spraying is even, no sag formed, and continuous even coating can bee formed at the sharp edges and rough surfaces. The property tests show that all the main properties are up to the international standard.
