曲面密切加工法的残余高度计算

摘要 工程中有很多复杂柱面,5坐标加工可高效达到所需形状。运用相关文献已阐述的切触原理,研究了在多轴数控机床中刀具切削圆与零件柱面的切触条件和局部坐标系下的局部最佳接触条件,并用投影对刀具切削圆与柱面的贴近程度进行了分析,进而提出一种可通过求解相邻2个加工位置之间的交点求残余高度的方法。通过人为放大加工间隙并打印出来,以验证算法的正确性,再通过3坐标测量检测试件残余高度。结果表明,理论计算与实际检测完全符合。 There are many complex engineering cylinder. To these, 5-axis machining can efficiently achieve the desired shape. By employing the relevant literature and principle, we research the local contact conditions between the tool and the surface to be machined. The optimum contact condition between the cutting circle of cutter and the cylindrical part of the work to be cut is also studied. The multi-axis CNC machine tools and local coordinate system are used in this application. The projection of the cutting tool with a circle and cylinder and the degree of closeness is analyzed, by a method of solving the machining position adjacent to the intersection between the two residual demand allowances. Machining gap is artificially enlarged and printed out to verify the algorithm is correct. Then processing margin of the test specimen is detected by the three coordinate measuring. The result shows that theoretical calculation coincides with actual testing.
