带局部成型线的包装纸盒设计方法

为了打破传统折叠纸盒直上直下的设计风格,增大包装折叠纸盒内部的容装空间,并拓宽主展示面,对管式折叠纸盒与异型包装折叠纸盒的结构增加了局部成型线设计。采用ESKO设备进行打样。通过改变局部成型线在盒型上所处的位置、长度、倾斜角、弯曲度等要素来改变商品包装的主展示面,增加立体效果,使得折叠纸盒的盒体上下部对比强烈,整体效果张弛有度。对于异型折叠纸盒,在不影响其美观、保护、密封的前提下,引入局部成型线使设计变得更加灵动、异型过渡自然、更具流线感。通过局部成型线,完成纸盒两端异型的转换,实现折叠纸盒盒型多样、美观的设计。
